Matt, Knee Trauma

I received my ENROUTE package yesterday and really enjoyed the chocolate shake!  Overall, the entire experience as a patient was awesome. The packaging and inserts were super clean and professional. As a patient who is basically on a bedrest protocol for my knee (I am only supposed to be doing ankle pumps, no other exercise allowed)...I feel pretty helpless for “what is in my control to help my recovery”.  The only option I really have is to eat well and rest.  So, having a high quality nutrition delivered to my doorstep is really appreciated.
