Very easy to make just pour your packet in your shaker add your favorite beverage, I use almond milk oat milk and soy milk, whatever you prefer shake it up and it’s ready. So Good! I did this twice a day for weeks before and after my surgery. I’m so glad that I tried it before and after I really really love it and it has help me a lot thank you so very much this is a very good product I will recommend it for anyone that is having joint replacement surgery. I liked the ENROUTE® Nutritional Program a lot. I had it with just water and preferred it more than the over the counter protein shakes.
