We always want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. However, if you’re looking to return your order for whatever reason, we're here to help!

You can request a refund within 60 days of receiving your product. To receive a refund of the full purchase price, less than 25% of the product should be consumed. 25% is equal to 1 box (14 individual packages) of the ENROUTE Build Multi-Ingredient Formula. If more than 25% of the product is consumed, you may be eligible for a partial refund.

Refunds are applied to the original payment method and issued once we have received the returned item.

Can I cancel my order?

Once you complete your purchase, our system is designed to fill your order as quickly as possible. If you contact us shortly after you make your purchase, we may be able to cancel your order before it is shipped. Please contact our support team if you’d like to try to cancel your order:

If we’re unable to cancel your order before it is shipped, you will receive the item in the mail. Once received, you can simply initiate a return with us by following our return instructions.

Clinic/Durable Medical Equipment (DME) Store Returns

Some clinics offer an option to purchase the product at their clinic/durable medical equipment (DME) store. If you purchased the product from the clinic/DME, we suggest you contact the clinic/DME for their return policy.
